The given graph elucidates the data regarding a country’s export of petroleum, engineered goods, gems and jewelry, agriculture and textiles in 2015-2016. In the chart, the proportion of change of revenue generation is explained for the same period.
Overall, it can be seen that petroleum goods generated highest income in both the years. Moreover, all the items had shown increasing trend except gems and jewelry which had shown declining trend. In addition, it can be observed that textiles’ export increased with highest rate.
It is evident from the given data that in both the years, petroleum goods generated highest income and its export increased by two percent in 2016 as its export yielded an income of 64 billion dollars which increased to approximately 62 billion dollars. In the same line, engineered products increased by 5 billion dollars from 58 billion dollars. Along with these items, textile products are the ones whose export demand increased the most as compared to other items as near about 25 billion’s export was done of it in 2015 which rose by 8 billion dollars.
While further analyzing the earnings of export, it is manifested that agricultural products demonstrated only a slight increase in their export while gems and jewelry were totally in contrast to other items as their export decreased by 2 billion dollars.
