I am writing this letter to inform you about the inconvenience by staff members due to the lack of cafeteria. for the inconvenienced because of the cafeteria. I know you have very busy schedule because you have many other priorities to think about but which I would like to suggest is also an essential topic as well. Moreover, all the staff members feel inconvenient as some times when they are tired from their work, they like to refresh their mind by getting some snacks or coffee. Unfortunately, they do not get it because of the lack of cafeteria.
Furthermore, all the food locations are far away from our office or in harsh weather, it becomes really hard to get some coffee or tea from outside. As we know that we have an empty place in the corner of our office which we never use and we can use that place for the cafeteria I hope you will put your attention on my suggestions.
Some people didn’t get food from home and they go outside to get food. Wastage of time.
