Dear Raman,

I hope this letter finds you in good spirits. As you know I am going outside the country for a few days so I am writing this letter to give you some significant information for your convenient stay. I will be leaving on 1^st of January so I expect you to come to my home at least one day before my departure.

Moreover, you know that I love plants and birds so I would like to say that give water to the plants every  day and feed the sparrows in the garden,. You are also requested to take care of them in the harsh weather. For your convenience all the food is available in the kitchen so please feel free to use anything. Furthermore, if you find any kind of issues related to plumbing or electricity, you can call Jack our maintenance helper, his number is 14785214. In any emergency call 911.

Finally, I whole heartedly appreciate your kind gesture and  I know your will take care of everything in my absence.
