Senior members of any family play an indispensable role in a civilised society. However, in this modern world, people face a lot of trouble to look after the older generation due to their hectic lifestyle. There are infinite reasons of such a development like living away from parents because of career and sustainable measures such as time management can be adopted to mitigate it.

To commence with the causes, young generation is relocating to different parts of the world to make their earnings due to which they become helpless to take care of their parents or grandparents. Additionally, the professional spheres demand great deal of time from the employees that sparing time becomes a daunting task for working professionals. Not only that, there is also a troupe of individuals that is too self-centred and it does not want to fulfil any responsibility.

For resolving this issue, people need to make the youngsters realise that they cannot run away from their moral duties. Along with that, people should manage their time in such a way that they spare at least some portion of time for their elders. On the other hand, there is a possibility of genuine problem that children are unable to pay attention towards their parents so admission in nursing homes or hiring of medical staff at homes can also work quite well.

To conclude, it can be comprehended that changes in life style have definitely made an impact on everyone’s life but folks shall never forget their responsibilities, at the same times, they can also take help of paid services, in case, they cannot stay with the elders.
